Portugal North Coast

Before we realised, we had crossed from Spain into Portugal. With no border control between countries under the Schengen Agreement it is a seemless transition. It is only when you go from a Schengen Country to a non-Schengen country that they would check passports. We stopped at a free camp near the river in one of the first towns in Portugal, Vila Nova de Cerveira. We were surprised to see Naval Patrol Boats cruising along the border on the river, Rua Minho.
